Courses with Field Experiences

The following courses have field experiences associated with them. This list may not be exhaustive; your program coordinator has the full list of courses with field experiences in your program.

All courses with field experiences, including student teaching/internships, require students to have 1) a valid criminal background clearance (CBC) on file at OCS, 2) a cleared TB test on file at Student Health Services at Laurel Hall , and 3) have a Child Protection Registry clearance from the Department of Services for Children, Youth and their Families (DSCYF) Office of Child Care Licensing, Criminal History Unit on file in the Office of Clinical Studies by the first day of the semester .

Student Teaching/Internship Courses

The capstone student teaching/internship experiences takes place in the following courses. These courses are offered in the fall and spring semesters. Students enrolled in EDUC 400 will need to complete additional clearances by the first day of the student teaching experience.
